CALVARARIANS WELCOME TO DAY 2″

OF OUR 50 DAYS OF SUNSHINE PRAYER AND FASTING PROGRAM.

Today we strive together in prayers and fasting just like the saints and apostles of old…

“Now I beg you, brethren, through our Lord Jesus Christ, and through the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me and every other Calvararian in prayers to God .” (Romans 15:30)…

It’s important that as we fast and pray for the next few days that we seek and find the (God) that hears and answers prayers with all our hearts (Jerem 29:13) : “And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

”Remember calvararians for it is “The”effectual fervent” and not the “causal” prayer of a righteous man that availeth much “James.5.16b”

MONDAY 9th Jan 2023.
DAY 2: CONFESSION AND MERCY
(PS. 103:5, )

Prayer Points: For 9am Prayer Hour.

“Let us reflect over the past year, and recall those areas of pitfalls and with a willing mind make amends.

So that we can come boldly to the throne of grace, and obtain mercy and find grace to help; in the time of our needs and wants this New Year.”Heb 4:16

1. Lets Praise and worship God. Psm 103:1-2, Psm 13:6, Psm 34:1-3

2. Let us start by confessing our sins and that of others and plead for God’s mercy. 1Jhn 1:8-9, Psm 51-3.

3. Father, visit my life with your mercy and remove every obstacle standing between me and you. Psm 51:9-12

4. Lord, purge me of all my sins and every wrong steps i have taken in the past. Psm 51-7.

5. Father have mercy on me and reverse every irreversible consequence of sin in my life this year. Psm 51-4, Isaiah 49:25-26, Ezek 37:1-12.

6. Father forgive me for all my acts of unfaithfulness.(Mention some areas that you know and remember)

7. My father, have mercy upon me, in the mighty name of Jesus. Psalms 51:1.

8. Father don’t not only have mercy on me today; Please for the rest of my life cover me with your blood and mercy. Micah 7:18-20.

9. My father, for the rest of my life; Please lead me with your goodness and mercy. Psm 23-6.

10. Father help me forgive all those who have offended me so i can receive forgiveness and find mercy. Matt 6:14-15, Mark 11:25, Col 3:13.

11. Holy Spirit, perfect your work in my life. Reprove me of my sins and weaknesses. Don’t be tired of me and don’t let me be condemned with the world John -16:8.

please attend church service today as we break our fast, remember there is power in corporate prayers.
