Often referred to as the “department of champions.” Church Mega Care Unit is made up of volunteers responsible for ensuring that every service has dust-free seats, clean toilets, scrubbed floors and a generally hygienic environment that is conducive for worship and spiritual activity.
Cleanliness, they say, is next to Godliness. The Church Mega Care Unit is a very important unit without which the church premises will become a refuse dump. This unit is not as conspicuous, attractive and sensational as some of the other departments. However, the impact of what we do or fail to do does have immediate effects on the atmosphere of worship in any event of the church – because GOD IS HOLY.
The unit is led by a Church Mega Care Head and works along with a team of committed members. Any individual that is willing, lowly minded, not easily giving to irritation can be a member of this department.
Ensuring that the premises of the church or venue of church event are clean, neat and tidy before, during and after the event.
Ensuring a proper disposal of wastes at designated places after thorough cleaning.
Regularly organize, maintain and enforce the observation of sanitation regulations in the church.
Regularly clean the toilets, bathrooms, of all DEPARTMENTS and UNITS.
